I made a video of the process and I’m in the process of extracting screenshots to try and create a write-up of the steps. I was at 123K miles and the belt was beginning to have some significant cracks between the teeth. At 6-7k miles I usually change the oil; on my Cruze Eco meter, it equals about at 40%. One time I had no option but to change the oil at 8k miles, because I had no time to do it sooner. I could feel vibrations at idle speeds at those intervals. About 4.2-4.5 quarts will come out. Measure if possible. Refill about the same amount. Allow the transmission to warm up till it gets hot. Any oil listed in Tiers 1 - 4 on the list linked to in post #3 should see this engine to a long service life. 5DW399.
